This exclusive finish makes it significantly more resistant to corrosion and scratches compared to previous generations, ensuring reliable protection even under adverse conditions.
Furthermore, the pistol is equipped with a new grip frame that omits the ergonomically shaped finger grooves.
This not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also provides a more comfortable grip for the shooter, eliminating the need to adapt to a specific, predefined finger width.
New features of the Glock 26 Gen5 include an ambidextrous slide stop lever, a modified barrel for improved accuracy (Glock Marksman Barrel, GMB), and enhanced sights with a larger gap between the front and rear sights. The pistol also features precision-milled front serrations.
Furthermore, the magazine well has been redesigned, the magazine base extended, and an orange follower added. This ensures the shooter can clearly see an empty magazine even in low-light conditions.
The Glock 26 Gen5 comes with a plastic carrying case and a spare magazine.
