With the P80, Gaston Glock developed a groundbreaking pistol in the early 1980s, which, thanks to its polymer frame and Safe Action® system, prevailed against other pistol manufacturers and was eventually adopted by the Austrian Army. Under the designation Glock 17, it was subsequently also used as a service weapon and in sport shooting.
The P80 is a 9mm Luger caliber, full-size, semi-automatic pistol. It comes with two 17-round magazines and a magazine loader.
